2. Thorough Python web development experience
3. Thorough with FAST API development
4. Hands on experience in developing using AWS Services
5. Hands on experience in developing Scalable applications (may want to check the ways to make a Python applicable scalable, any specific concepts used for scalable application?)
6. Proactive in completing his/her tasks as an Individual contributor and has the capability to lead the team if the situation demands
7. Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
